Easy and quick setup/installation

I was looking for an OTA antenna from a satellite company due to a CBS power outage while they were arguing about a new contract. Bought this antenna based on the good previous reviews. After unboxing, I found that setup and installation was easy as well. Installation basically consisted of unrolling the antenna and snapping in the 8 aluminum fins that form the center of the antenna. I screwed the bracket to the house (about 20 feet up) and installed the pole in the bracket and the antenna on the pole. Tie bolts (about 1 inch) were included, but I opted for the 2-1/2 draw bolts I had in the garage. Shorter lugs would have been nice because of the antenna's light weight, but I wanted to go through the corner cap and lug bolt into the stud. Then I led the coaxial cable into the house. Some reviewers complained about the quality of the cable, but I found it satisfactory. Installation shouldn't have taken more than 35-45 minutes except I had to go to my local hardware store because I was missing 2 screws holding the rack to the mounting base (but they gave me 2 extra screws). Either way, the screws cost me an extra $1.02, but I'm still very satisfied. I live 30-35 miles north of my local Atlanta broadcasters and have had no problem receiving over 50 channels (including 4 major networks). I just pointed it south. I then used the remote to rotate it about 1 inch to maximize the ABC signal strength from 85 to 100. All other stations were over 95 (based on the signal meter built into my DVR. Unit is plastic with aluminum fins. Pro ) its 1) light weight 2) easy installation 3) everything included, even zip ties 4) included remote antenna turner 5) price . No downsides yet other than the plastic holding up over time, but you can't beat the price. The picture quality was great and honestly I can't tell what the difference is I got from satellite. I am seriously considering canceling all local channels from my satellite plan and using OTA for all my locals.
