Easy setup/configuration of devices as well integration into cloud services is easy using exucom software platform. Software could be improved by including more options for email alerts etc., however overall we have been satisfied so far in terms of features available for use within organization (both internal users / employees & external). One thing that I would say not good about this product but one can easily overcome - if you are having issues or questions regarding configuration please do contact technical account manager who will help resolve your problem quickly without wasting time waiting days before getting response back! We require an integrated system which allows us to send faxes directly through CloudFone service provider while also allowing end user device access over internet connection. This way it saves money spent towards local hardware purchases along its ability to store large amounts data across multiple locations compared other traditional methods where it was required physical storage at.
