I really liked the style of this electric fireplace. However, it arrived with broken bulbs, despite being very well packaged. And yet the lightbulbs were not the deciding factor. The vibrating part that made the flames dance was very loud. I called the company and they said it was most likely pushed in transit from one place to another and definitely shouldn't sound loud. So destroyers of the atmosphere. So I decided to switch to another. The replacement was an obvious setback that made me think I'd run into the same issues. Unfortunately yes. Again, a loud and unattractive rumble from within burned out lightbulbs and a swaying flame. So it went back. A real shame as the overall effect of this fireplace is modern, is at a good height and has just the right amount of heat. Unfortunately also an unfair amount of noise.
