I want to love this pillow so much! Idea to the point! I like that you can adjust the hardness. The air intake and exhaust valve is excellent. The problem, if you can call it that, is that it makes a little noise when you adjust it. Another minor gripe is that it's very hard on its limits. Compared to a more pillow-shaped model, the pillow is compressed to its limit, making small movements imperceptible. With this model, your sleep will be interrupted when you roll over or tip over with sound and uncompromising grit at its finest. This does NOT mean it's not worth having as a backup. I bought this because my very nice pillow-like model lost its ability to support me after a few months. So I recommend this model and another advantage is that you can easily take it with you when you travel. I just wish it was quieter and smoother when you move while you sleep.
