I use my iPad to record sheet music for my city concert band, other local orchestras and bands, and many other concerts. This case seems perfect to protect it. The bonus with this usage is that the magnets in the case hold the case somewhat on tin music stands, reducing the risk of your expensive tablet falling off the stand due to minor bumps. It has great viewing angles, a good apple pencil pocket (despite its looks, it separates the pencil from the back of the iPad with at least one layer of material), and feels protective, let's hope I don't. You don't have to figure out "how" to protect. In addition, it is smooth, not too heavy, durable and well made.
