I am 6ft 2 in 165 and the medium one was too tall and the small one was too small. The fabric is mainly polyester and the shirt is cheap. It has an odd stitching that is meant to look "distressed". More like a child playing with a sewing machine unsupervised. I returned the medication for a small one and when the small one arrived one of the buttons just came off. It was worth ordering this shirt only to realize that I still need to take a much closer look at the details. It doesn't look like the picture at all.
