I just shouldn't spend an extra 15-20 minutes trying to pry this product off the rim of a mug! I also had problems with holes during the hot air process, so I had to start with a new sheet. I will not order this again - I cannot risk ruining my products by trying to remove the hardened film. .I will be returning to Johnson Plastics Plus as I have NEVER had problems like this with their heat shrink tubing.
