These days I carry my entire library of music, games, movies and books with me everywhere.

Serves its purpose perfectly. A person can store "11" micro SD cards by inserting an additional one into the "adapter". Five (5) additional micro SD cards or two (2) SIM cards can be installed in the slot on the back of the holder. Maybe manufacturers use this "negative space" for other purposes, but it's still useful (to me anyway). These days I carry my entire library of music, games, movies and books with me everywhere. The "second" carrier card contains a backup of my entire Windows 10 system as well as my entire Linux Mint system along with all contacts, emails, texts and apps from my phone. And I haven't even started damaging the thirty-two (32) 128GB SD cards I can now carry around with me now (that's 4,096TB). Love it.
