Retable is a CRM software designed specifically for small businesses.
I was looking for something to manage my customers and clients and ended up going with retable instead of having to rely on excel for everyone. Its a lot better than that. You can add multiple companies to a single spreadsheet so if one company is missing information about a new client, it can be easily added. Customer reviews and rating system and ability to send notifications for late payments and overdue invoices etc are all great features. Support has been great. A bit expensive though.

Pros
- It is easier to setup customer relations management in this software than Excel or any other CRM platform - More flexible to create custom templates for each customer - Allows you to integrate with third party systems and applications
- Good support from the developer - They are very responsive, quick and good to answer questions
Cons
- Data collection not too easy - Takes a little time to learn how to collect data from different sources - There is no integration with online payment gateway - Some functions like auto email reminders don't work well.
