I was looking for something to manage my customers and clients and ended up going with retable instead of having to rely on excel for everyone. Its a lot better than that. You can add multiple companies to a single spreadsheet so if one company is missing information about a new client, it can be easily added. Customer reviews and rating system and ability to send notifications for late payments and overdue invoices etc are all great features. Support has been great. A bit expensive though.
