I bought this headset because I needed a lightweight headset for my son. Normal gaming headsets are still too big for him and don't fit properly. I was a little worried about the quality when I bought it since it was only $13, but so far the quality has been good. I checked the quality of the microphone and it picks up the sound of the voice clearly and comes through perfectly. The in-ear speaker also produces crisp party chat sound and good gaming sound. Built-in mute and volume controls come in handy rather than digging through the Playstation menu to set it up. This is very comfortable, but if you have a large head you will need to stretch the headset to fit. The right side (side without speakers) is adjustable for a better fit. Overall, this seems like a solid option in the sub-$15 range if you need a new headset on a budget. Advantages: Pleasantly low weight. The good sound quality of the party microphone chat is managed via ClearMute and the volume control integrated in the headset. Cons: Only one earbud. small
