I was very excited to purchase this for my large American Bulldog. He loves the heat on cold days in the fall and winter. It came very well wrapped, when I places it on our floor, it didn’t lay flat, and was kind of lumpy. He also started to chew on the end where the wire was coming out of the mat. While this chew problem is not the problem of the manufacturer, maybe the electrical connection could be better insulated with a heavier grade plastic to protect the wiring.
