I bought it back in April and it worked fine the first, second and third time but the fourth time. HE EXPLODED! I always follow directions for stuff like this, so let me just talk about it. I pocketed it and added some hard balls of wax like I always do and turned on medium heat. A few minutes later I heard a loud pop, and when I tried to turn it off it started smoking and flaming, then made a second pop, causing it to rise slightly off my counter. I have a small burn on my hand from the flame. I quickly turned off the heating pad and put out the flame. After cooling, I threw it in the trash. 0/10 I do not recommend.
