This has to be the worst purchase I've ever made. As soon as it loaded, there were problems. It kept losing sound, turning off the mouse and keyboard, then the wifi card stopped working. After updating the drivers, switching to LAN (which was no longer detected even after a few minutes), and doing some other troubleshooting steps, things continued. Contacting support didn't help. I was very excited to get this for my son but sadly disappointed with what I got. The need to return that item and give it something it can actually use.
