3 hits, you're out! Home button failed 3 times with FixCracked Replacement screens

The screens themselves are beautifully made. I love pre-applied adhesives and I love the tools that come with it. But after going through all the hassle of removing the screen, especially the first time on an OEM screen with all the shards of glass, only to find out if the home button ribbon was cut or the button was bad, mine flew Trust in FixCracked. . Too many other competitors, even here at Revain. The home button problem has happened to me twice with iPad Air screens and most recently today with the iPad 4. The iPad Air screen that I bought for my wife had a small break in the ribbon cable where it connects to the circuit board goes. With the iPad 4, I completely zipped the iPad up and tested the screen and home button before I removed the screen adhesive and the button just didn't work. So I removed the OEM button from the cracked screen, removed the FixCracked home button and just installed my original home button on it. After that the button worked fine. I've learned a lot myself about installing these screens and even more about troubleshooting when they go wrong. But to be honest I don't need any extra trouble in my life so I won't be buying FixCracked screens anymore.
