The ability to send files from one place in my office or home computer directly into another person's email account without having them physically be there at all times was great! It also allowed me access anytime I needed it for work related issues as well if they were not available during normal business hours (which happened occasionally). Sending documents back-and forth between employees can sometimes take longer than expected due time differences but overall we have been very satisfied by this service so far!!
