I wanted to try FPV but wasn't keen on spending a lot of money to install an entire ATV. Decided to start small to run the simulator. The $20 LiftOff on Steam is a drop in the bucket compared to what you would pay just for training with a real drone. I knew I wanted to go digital, so this is where I started. Fully charged (according to the instructions to "activate" the battery), plugged directly into the PC via USB-C and immediately recognized that the firmware had been updated via DJI Assistant 2 (for FPV), and within minutes the simulation was crashing several dozen times. Now, once I'm good enough in the simulator to be sure I can get out of bad situations with the real thing, I'll step in to get the rest of the set. I see these bad reviews, I have no idea what people experienced but it wasn't the same experience I have. But I'll definitely update this review if it gets as bad as my first sim flight.
