The integration with Salesforce was seamless allowing me to view my POs from our sales force automation system in real-time so I could identify opportunities for follow up or make modifications as needed without having multiple systems open at once! We have yet (as of this posting) been able find an easier way than OLS where we can link directly back into other databases/tools like Sage CRM but that may be because it is new functionality not currently available? Definitely worth looking if you are considering using onelist instead of purchasing another third party software package which will cost more money each year when your contract renews unless they provide some sort upgrade path otherwise its just plain old cash outlay every time - maybe look elsewhere before deciding?? It's great being connected through both channels providing additional information about PO activity along side existing data stored within SFDC allows.
