This Art Kit was a mixed bag for me. I usually do DIY, but this seems like a great price for a pre-made craft kit that my kids will love. Real felt mittens are so hard that it is difficult for children to play with them. Even the dolls are cute and ready; They're not very playable, what's the point of such a toy. To make something to play with. The quality of the parts makes it too expensive. This kit costs about $5-8. Not $13. It's a bit useless to get some extra details but not enough mittens to make more dolls. I think the idea is that you can make pre-planned versions or make your own. But it makes more sense to me to drop the price and just do this or that. I'm paying for some felt cutouts that we can't use. Overall the activity was fairly easy and took my 3 year old about 45 minutes to complete. But I don't see them being widely used in our house. And I also see them crumbling or falling apart due to stiffness and quality issues.
