A year ago I bought this neck pillow and cabeau neck pillow for a trip. I bought both (see my other review) because I'm pretty picky when it comes to this type of pillow. A good neck pillow is important to me because I never get a window seat as my little one demands one for herself. So, being in the middle seat means I have nothing to lean my head on during the flight, and shaking my head every few seconds is both annoying and painful. Anyway, I tried it on my first trip (2 leg flights to New York) and it worked really well. I was a bit skeptical when this oil filter arrived. Right out of the box, the pillow felt too firm for memory foam. I have purple, the color is very beautiful. This pillow is available in a variety of bright colors. I really like the handy storage pouch and earbuds. It came with an eye mask, but I don't use eye masks because I don't need to nap. It's difficult when you're trying to get through security or rushing to a connecting flight with a bulky U-shaped neck pillow in hand or trying to stuff part of it in your bag only to have it fall to the dirty floor to let. The clips on the ends of the pillow ensure that the pillow does not fall apart and your head can swing to the side. The clips fit together well and come loose easily enough when I'm done using the pad, but not so easily that they come loose when I try to use it. I woke up with no discomfort in my neck and was able to quickly compress it to fit back into my storage bag for our transition to our connecting flight. This is definitely one of my favorite neck pillows I've tried over the years!
