I like that Odaseva integrates with Salesforce, which means we don't have to maintain two separate applications in order to get up and running quickly. It's also easy to use on both mobile devices and desktop computers. We've been able to add new features easily and seamlessly integrate with other applications. There aren't many downsides at this point. The only thing I can think of is that there is no native support for Salesforce Lightning Experience. If you're looking to streamline your workflow and improve productivity, Odaseva will definitely help. Sales and Marketing teams are now able to work together without needing to rely on emails or phone calls to communicate. We've also been able to reduce internal documentation by eliminating the need to send multiple emails back and forth between departments.
