As a mom of a toddler I can't always shower as much as I want (ugh) but Bliss spray is such a good thing, a few puffs in the morning when I first wake up helps me move forward, i like the feel and the smell! I have very sensitive skin and it tingles a bit but has never caused any irritation or discomfort, it's anti-aging! I use it twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening when I take off my makeup and wash my face, one bottle lasts a few months!
