The project manager was very helpful with the implementation process from start to finish. It is difficult for me to give feedback because I am not an expert user of this software but it seems like they are always updating and improving their product line. If you need help implementing SAP SuccessFactors or any other enterprise system, go through Altea. They will make sure that your needs are met by providing excellent customer service before, during and after the implementation period. We needed assistance with the initial implementation of our new ERP/HRIS solution.
