I was so excited to get this pillow because I recently had an injury that hurt my neck and sleeping was a nightmare but I finally found a way to do something at home that worked great. And then I got it in the mail and I had nothing to complain about other than the firmness. It was nice, it smelled nice, it was clean, it was new. When I got into bed with him, he was so hard it was like someone had put their bony legs under his neck, but I hoped that after an hour or so he would soften up. I rode half the night and was so locked in that my neck started moving again and I got a bad migraine. It might as well be a cement ball. I come back.
