All good things first. I love that they have shungite to protect me from EMF as I wear them to work every day. Also, my phone range is excellent as I leave my phone on the table instead of carrying it with me when I move. Another good point is the separation factor, my work colleague wears one and I wear one so we can listen to the same videos while we work. We can even be in different rooms and they don't cut it at all. The sound is excellent and I really can't find anything bad to say except for one annoying factor, which is that the touch controls are too sensitive. You barely have to touch them, I mean hardly, and they'll switch between surgeries. I can't set them up in my ear without switching to music or turning off or worse, switching to voice-activated calling, which has now accidentally called five people just because I was speaking and didn't know my earbuds had switched to voice-activated calling. It's a little frustrating as I often have to take them in and out to talk to customers and then fiddle with the functions when putting them back in. you will probably be very happy with it.
