Review on 🤸 12 STAMINAPRO Active Recovery Patches: Relief for Muscle Soreness, Strain, Fatigue, and Tightness by Blake Burrell

I bought it after reading about it online. I love trying out products to see what the hype was about! I won't say I totally love it because it seems expensive for a month's supply but is in a competitive price range if you want to compare it to other products on the market. My husband and I exercise vigorously almost every day with little rest time and the acceleration and recovery times were more evident than the advertised pain relief. I find my husband notices more pain relief than I do (maybe he has more muscle pain than I do). I think you could get the same thing from oral or powdered BCAAs and a mix of other ingredients in one product if you already have it. The exciting part is that your body is likely to absorb more product from the patch than if you were to take the oral pill or the drinkable versions of it. I only looked through half of the pack so I didn't use enough to tell if they are amazing or not. I would buy it again.
