Great solution for using GameCube controllers (WaveBird or other) on later Wii and Wii U consoles

This adapter fixes a critical issue with later Wii and Wii U consoles. This allows GameCube controllers to connect directly to the WiiMote and function as if they were official Nintendo "Classic" controllers. This controller even has a ZL button for games that require it, and an additional "Turbo" button. Mario Kart 64 was tested in this video using a GameCube WaveBird connected to an adapter which in turn was connected to a WiiMote Motion Plus. that is on the Wii U console.
