Bad scraper No sander stripping
I tried using the intended 90 degree edge to hit the ferrorod. Do not go. It's almost impossible to get a good spark. The rim is covered in paint and feels slightly rounded. I'll get a Dremel sander and see if I can get the coating off and finish the edge to make it usable. Dremel's edge sanding modification worked great and now it's a good scraper.
