My 5 year old son has not left the house for almost 2 weeks because of this virus. We ordered this for him as he requested it and we brought it home. Had to wait a day to open and it's NOT WORKING. I even tried changing the batteries, nothing. I don't know who to contact, I live in a small town. We don't have an Oops store. You cannot cross the border in the next state you are in. Nothing is open around us right now, so I guess I can't even get it back.
