I originally bought this chair because I wanted a compact height adjustable mesh back office chair. It worked fine for the first 6 months but now it's not holding up. I raise the chair to its highest setting and then it randomly "slips" down until the chair is at its lowest height. It's annoying because it's very distracting when I'm concentrating on my work and have to raise the seat height again a few times. For what it's worth, I weigh about 225 pounds, which is under the advertised weight limit of 250 pounds. Update (4 stars) 10/24/19 - I contacted support and received a replacement within 2 weeks.
