I'm not one to write negative reviews and because EVERY review gives this blanket such high marks I left my box and bought this VERY EXPENSIVE BLANKET. This blanket has ONLY TWO ADVANTAGES. ONLY color and warmth. CONS, .Price FOR NAME ONLY Scratchy, itchy material and NO edge stitching. I was born in the North and have been a loyal Fairibault Woolen Mills for many years and own many of their Frontier/Revival wool blankets. I put them side by side. thickness, the same softness. Undoubtedly Fairibault Warmth, both weights, Fairibault with a thick, tight, continuous weave and quilt with a continuous hem. I can pull a blanket over my face, but not Hudson Bay. IN THIS CASE, you're paying HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS MORE for the name and place it was made. I don't return items I normally buy, but I'm on the fence about this one. find as Ca Nada is not currently sold in the United States. I had to follow my instincts.
