Review on BAR DUDES Cardboard Coasters Square by Dave Cavazos

This product is good for line drawing with a permanent ink pen. Ivory/cream colored coasters I like with any color permanent ink. The ink does not spread over the material as you can see in the photo. See photo for use with colored pencils (Prismacolor and/or Polychromos). Note that the result is a bit grainy (blue-green in the photo), although a light texture can be just as beneficial (embossed yellow/orange). Slightly larger than the usual "art" tiles (3.5"), these 4" square coasters are reasonably priced and ideal for practicing new Zen-inspired Tangle designs. I recommend trying them out for your projects.
