Unfortunately, my expectations for AsterOutdoor were not met. While they advertise a vast selection of camping gear on their website, I was unable to purchase many of the items featured. I looked through several pages of choices, but I couldn't find a patio umbrella that was in stock in the color and design I wanted. I was disappointed because I had been looking forward to buying an awning for my patio. The purchasing procedure was also unclear and difficult to follow. I struggled to find my way around the site and make a transaction. Poor documentation made what should have been a simple task much more challenging. While I do value AsterOutdoor's dedication to quality and customer service, I was ultimately let down by their limited selection and murky purchasing process. When planning an outdoor activity, I suggest you seek elsewhere.
