I have been using this product for about a week and a half. I wasn't sure about the taste when brushing my teeth, but the taste is ok. I use it at night so the ingredients can brush my teeth because I don't eat for many hours. I'm sure I don't have any residue in my mouth, so I don't swallow it. One issue was that the label is on the bottom of the jar, looks like a color copy and got wet when I put it on the sink not knowing that if it got wet the label would disappear. Now I can't read the ingredients. I recommend Kelwin's Tooth Dirt.
