Why not? It's cheap and easy and they work.
Great product. Easy to install, lots of youtube videos show you how to do it. I used a Harbor Freight step drill to drill the hole (they are less prone to sticking). Deciding where to drill the hole is the hardest part, I hope my picture gives you an idea. At the same time, I also installed a set of shims that serve as good stops at each end of travel. Zoom in and you will see them too. Burying it was easy, but punching a hole in your $400 window takes courage.
