For the time being, they are enough for headphones

The sound could be better. They're not bad, but I prefer the sound that came through my old headphones [https://amzn.to/3lGdUZC - lasted 6 months] so I'm now giving myself time to adjust. It's all very middle ear, with no sense of low frequencies. If that's what you're into. I've always liked bass better than treble. I bought "UGREEN Headphone Adapter for iPhone MFi Lightning Certified to 3.5mm Headphone Jack Braided Audio Aux Stereo Cable Connector Dongle for iPhone 12 Pro SE 11 Pro Max XS XR 8 Plus Gray" [ https:// amzn. to/3s4IJbx ] for my phone. So far so good, fingers crossed and knock on wood. The only thing they have is that it's very hard to tell the small R from the small L to tell the difference between the headphones you put in which ear. Each is written in a circle of domed black plastic around the neck (of the same color and material) of the earcup, so I can't see it in the dark or in the scorching sun; I have to find the perfect lighting and look closely to determine which phone fits which ear. I don't think it's related to age or eyes because I've never had this problem with headphones. If this becomes an obstacle for you, don't even think about buying them. However, you can stick on a small ring of tape to indicate which is for the left ear, or you can use one of the included red ear tips for the right ear. Not the best headphones but aside from the disappointment with the labeling I like the design and they work well with both Apple's laptop and phone. Hm. disappointingly changed design compatibility.
