I was about 21 weeks pregnant when I bought them and only had a small bump. It was perfect for swimming/snorkeling in Hawaii! They are cute and dry quickly. I usually wear a smaller size like medium or even small but with a bulge the large was perfect. I am 5 feet 2 inches tall and weighed 130 pounds at the time. I tried them on just last week, now 31 weeks pregnant at 140 and they still fit perfectly. I'll be swimming in them for the next few weeks and hopefully they'll still be fine after the birth :)
