Came wrong. fits computers and accessories

After two installs (the first from Revain) nobody could get the new touchscreen to work. It cost me the LCD screen + $300 tech work to diagnose it as the touchscreen isn't working. Installing a new screen. No touchscreen, that's the whole point, I replaced it. It is sold as a touch. Mine came without. Rip off.
