This set has all the features I was looking for in a new ring light plus a few more. The main thing I wanted was a light with brightness and temperature control and maybe a stand included. However, when I saw what was in this kit, I had to have it. The most noticeable inclusion should be the light bars. I've seen individual light bars sell for about $40 each. The fact that there are six of these in this set is great. What's more, you can even use two panels separate from the main unit. Now I can adjust the three-point lighting correctly. One nice thing about this ring light is that it has a proper tripod mount. My other ring light is fine and all, but it needs to be used with a special stand or other wand of the right diameter. The two cold shoe mounts on the main ring are also nice as I can still use my external mic with ease. If I have one complaint about this kit, it's the fact that the temperature of the light changes very slowly. That's not really a problem, but I spent some time thinking that the temperature controls were broken. I just kept rolling them, thinking it would have an effect, although really all I needed was patience. All in all it was a great job for the money.
