Let me start by saying that I received one of these with my original weighted comforter so I am comparing it to the one that came with the original weighted comforter and duvet set. Other than that I think this one is even better than the original which came in a box from the store! Both are the same design and color but this item was actually a more vibrant turquoise, much prettier than my original. The stitching was generally very good and the drawstrings are made from a very strong, thick, cotton-like material that can support the weight of a blanket tied to it. High quality metal zipper. No problems after washing and drying. I washed cold and dried on low heat. No shrinkage was noticed and everything is as bright as ever!
