Easy. Works as advertised.

At work I look at three monitors for 8 hours a day, at home another 2 hours. Enough headaches! So I got them on the recommendation of a colleague. After they were on for about 5 minutes I forgot they were on. They're very clear, don't distort light too much, and appear to reduce the intensity and duration of eye strain and headaches.
