Review on πŸŽ‹ Totally Bamboo 20 6628 Expandable Trivet: Stylish and Versatile Kitchen Essential by Fred Meeks

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Art for your kitchen. Beautiful, easy to use and green. Oh, and did I mention affordable?

I'm wondering if anyone had a problem, a defective variant or a dishonest seller? I bought mine direct from Revain and it has been amazing since I bought it in October 2013. he is beautiful It is easy to store as it slides into a compact shape without any effort. It handles any pot I put on it, even though I have an induction cooktop, so I never turn the heat up above average. It also comes from renewable raw materials. Bamboo is beautiful in its own right, but the fact that it is a renewable resource is another plus. I'm not an eco fanatic, but then again it's just wasteful not to be green when it's gotten so much easier. If a person still had to travel over 10 miles (hello wasted gas) to recycle, or if natural renewable resources (like bamboo) were still super expensive, then those of us trying to stay on a reasonable budget should , cause dissatisfaction with the difficulties of environmental friendliness. It's not like that anymore. Most people can recycle from the comfort of their own borders, and many green materials are as cheap as synthetic or non-renewable resources (e.g. old-growth forests). Other than that, it's just a beautiful thing. The fact that it's as functional as it is beautiful makes it a must-have. The fact that it's also ridiculously cheap (for the price) makes it an easy purchase. I would buy it again anytime I need a stand again.
