Bad purchase. Not what I expected. How to return?
Shallow sliding box, lots of snap together grooves and parts that leak litter. Cats hated swing door entry. Litter travels far and fast out of this box. Moved it inside a closet with special rug to help contain until it is replaced. Expensive and not worth it. Box it came in fell apart. Can I return this thing!
