Ordered size 9-10 and it was too small for my daughter! If she leaned forward, you would see her underwear. The skirt is not full as advertised. You definitely need to wear something underneath to fluff it up. This dress fell completely apart when I washed/tumble dried (delicate/tumble dry)! All the flowers had fallen off and he was brittle all over. I do NOT recommend.
