Unregulated, clumsy, frustrating.
I received this yesterday and was going to ship it today but the shipping is almost the same as the light. In fact I had to use an opener to get the light out of the packaging. Traumatic scissors wouldn't even work π. The packaging was hermetically sealed. The lamp is too bright and cannot be adjusted. The device is heavy, difficult to set up and not flexible at all. I buy a lot of Energizer products (they don't test on animals like Duracell) but this time I was disappointed.
