This phone is very secure, does not vibrate and is easy to use! One downside is that I feel the clip needs to be very tight to keep the phone in the vent. To the point that I broke the bracket trying to tighten it! I contacted Torres and received some of the best customer service I have ever received. They were dinner friendly and got me a replacement within a few days. I only gave it four stars for durability and strength, but that won't put you off buying it. They stand by their product and want you to be happy! To avoid this in the future I simply cut a small piece of the non slip shelf liner and applied it to the vent before installing and the problem was fixed and no more problems! Another plus is the grips that hold the phone in place. Most holders have a "clip" that squeezes the phone while holding it in place. That's why I was looking for a new one, since on my old bracket the gears turned out to be streaked. This holder has two handles that rotate to hold your phone in place, so you don't have to worry about a thing. It keeps the phone safe and vibration free. You can also just lower or raise your phone! it is excellent!
