The GOJO dispenser has been in our shop over a deep sink for several years. The first pack of replacements cost $34, was easy to install, and didn't bother much except that the donor ate the C-cell batteries. This second replacement pack costs over $62 with shipping. If everything works, you pay not to have to touch the soap (horror) or the pump. I'm so spoiled or paranoid that I can't touch anything else. Shame on me, I spent $62, it's my fault. Where my fault lies is that this new refill didn't eject foam directly like the first ones. The installation isn't rocket science, but I checked it twice and it was as it should be. My colleague came up to wash his hands, the end piece (the plastic shaft of the pump) fell out and the liquid spilled into the sink. It was too late to turn back, but not too late to warn others. The quality of the plastic container of the product has deteriorated, and the dosing pump is easy to disassemble. This filling is too expensive to fall apart.
