Review on HOSPITOLOGY PRODUCTS Box Spring Encasement – Bed Bug & Dust Mite Proof Queen Size - Sleep Defense System by Melinda Coleman

I purchased this item in March 2016 because my son's bed in the apartment we just moved into became addicted to begging so I decided to add a bedspread for my bed as well to buy. In May we thought we were rid of them. The pest control service has performed several treatments on our apartment since we found it. It is now July 2016 and there are bed bugs in my bed. I was very confused about how this is possible because nobody is in the house and nobody comes into my room except me, my friend and the dog. So I started looking for signs of bed bugs and noticed black poo around the edges of the bed covers. I found a few more bugs under the mattress. Then I turned over the box spring that also contained this suitcase and noticed two small holes on the edges. That's where they must have entered, and that's where they're hiding. How did these holes form? I have no idea. There are no sharp edges on the bed frame to create this so I don't understand what could have happened. I'm giving this one star because there is no warranty information listed on the manufacturer's site, nor is it listed on Amazon. You should message them to find out what the limited warranty entails. So far I haven't had any problems with either the mattress topper or the cover I bought for my son's mattress. However, I do not recommend a box spring bed.
