When I first bought the product it was perfect. So I bought more to have a spare part, now the spare part didn't fit the printer. I'm trying to contact the supplier but the return period has expired and I have no choice but to submit this review in hopes that the supplier will contact me to resolve the issue. I'll let you know how it goes. TO UPDATE. The supplier contacted me with excellent customer service and replaced the defective product. Thank you!
