These items are inexpensive and easily scratched. They are also inexpensive and work very well. Eventually the foam on the back will come off and they look a bit shabby, but what do you expect for the price? The trick to getting the most out of them is to rinse them out and just wipe the lenses with a very soft cloth to avoid scratching them. I also wrap each pair in a microfiber cloth and use rubber bands or hair ties to keep the cloth tight around the goggles and protect them when they're in my saddlebags. This keeps them scratch-free for much longer. I like amber lenses at night because they dim the brightness of oncoming headlights. Clear on overcast or overcast days and of course on dark days.
