As a 6'5" male, 185 pounds, I usually have to buy shirts in size XL to have long enough sleeves, even if I end up bathing in fabric at the waist. Size L fits perfectly, with enough torso and arm length .(fits height L).The collar is durable, the fabric is comfortable and breathable.I totally recommend this for the quality of the product for the price.Also the eco-friendly way it's made makes it even better !
